The most painful Sentence "I_Thought_You_Knew"

I lived with people who understood my eyes before my tongue,  

And I used to think that love meant "you know without me saying".

I thought you knew that I was tired today from my silence,  
And I thought you knew that "I'm fine" meant "I'm breaking down".

There is no difference between two hearts that love each other  
And two hearts that die of loneliness  
Except for one word that was never said.

We don't lose each other because of little love,  
We lose each other because of too much assumption.

The Lesson:

Don't assume that the one who loves you "knows"  

Say it. Write it. Whisper it. Scream it.  
"I need you"  
"I'm tired"  
"I love you"

Because the coldest cold in the world  
Is the cold of the words "I thought you knew"  
When you say them too late.
